Contract Agreement

Shortly after we agree on a date, you will be sent a contract to sign. Failure to fully complete the contract will result in session cancelation, no exceptions.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you would like to reschedule your session, please do so at least 2 weeks before your scheduled photoshoot and your deposit will be transferred. If you decide to reschedule within the 2 weeks of your session, a new deposit must be placed, as the previous deposit will be forfeited. 

Deposit will not be refunded if the session is cancelled. 

Running Late? 

Please let me know as soon as possible if you are running late! If you are more than 20 minutes late (not including mini session), your session will be cancelled and deposit will not be refunded. 

If you booked a mini session, your time will start at the agreed scheduled time whether you are late or on time. The session will not be extended.

Deposits

A deposit is required upon booking your photoshoot session. All deposits are non-refundable and can only be transferred if you reschedule at least 2 weeks prior to your original session. I do make exceptions for certain situations and will require proof. 

All deposits will be applied towards your total fee. The remainder will be due at the time of the session.
